Civan Akbulut is a german-kurdish activist, local politician and medical student. His activism focusses on german and turkish rightwing actvities and anti-kurdish racism. Together with others he founded the IAKR (Information Center for anti-kurdish racism). Due to his activism Civan received death threats but he is dedicated to continue his work.
